Role Overview :
We are seeking for our client a skilled Senior Technical Lead with a hands-on approach to designing and architecting innovative IT infrastructure and cloud solutions.
This position combines technical expertise with leadership capabilities to deliver high-quality systems and applications in a collaborative environment.
The ideal candidate should have a strong technical foundation in Spring Boot , Kubernetes , and relational databases, alongside experience with workflow engines and enterprise integration patterns.
Key Responsibilities :
Technical Leadership :
- Design and architect new IT infrastructure and cloud-based solutions.
- Provide hands-on technical guidance and mentorship to the team.
Development & Integration :
Build and maintain applications using Spring Boot and Kubernetes.Design and implement workflows using engines like Flowable, Camunda, or Activiti.Optimize and manage relational databases for application efficiency.Documentation & Collaboration :
Create and maintain architectural documentation using tools like Visio, Draw.io, and frameworks such as C4 or arc42.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business and technical goals.Enterprise Integration :
Develop and maintain APIs (GraphQL, REST) and ensure secure authentication with OpenID Connect.Implement and manage Enterprise Integration Patterns for seamless system connectivity.Required Qualifications :
Experience :
Master’s degree with 10+ years of experience or Bachelor’s degree with 14+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, or related fields.Technical Skills :
Practical experience with Spring Boot and Kubernetes .Expertise in relational databases (SQL and PL / SQL).Familiarity with workflow engines (Flowable, Camunda, Activiti).Proficiency in architectural tools ( Visio , Draw.io ) and frameworks ( C4 , arc42 ).Strong knowledge of GraphQL , REST APIs , OpenID Connect , and Enterprise Integration Patterns .Soft Skills :
Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and collaborative mindset.Effective communication and documentation skills.Work Method :
Onsite with 2 days of telework per week.
