HR Generalist

As BeNeLux HR generalist, you will be in charge of providing deep expertise on different HR fields, and will become a pilar of the team. You will lead initiatives, optimize current processes, oversee the administration of key HR processes, and contribute to taking the employee experience to the next level.

You will be based in our Brussels office and will be part of the BeNeLux Human Resources team. The team focuses on delivering the highest quality support to our colleagues by developing and leveraging great processes, innovative people programs, expert colleagues, easily accessible data, and convening power.

You will work closely with our Brussels and Amsterdam HR Managers, both HR teams, and the BeNeLux leadership. This will require frequent travels across our 3 locations (Brussels, Luxembourg and Amsterdam).

As BeNeLux HR generalist, you will provide deep expertise on mental health and well-being topics, employees experience, and other HR-related topics. This includes leading local campaigns, following-up on colleagues on leave, putting processes and policies in place, leading all communications related to the topic, and managing external suppliers.

You'll be accountable for developing the mental health strategy for our offices and presenting relevant figures to the leadership. Additionally, you'll handle sensitive conversations, escalating issues when necessary.

You will oversee various HR processes to ensure our offices comply with local laws. You'll also play a significant role in enhancing our employee experience by analyzing needs and gaps and improving existing processes.

You'll assess the office's mental health support requirements through surveys and feedback, creating and maintaining a program that meets those needs, and you'll serve as a point of contact for colleagues on all well-being matters.

In addition, you'll design and update our office's parental guide, providing information to current and prospective parents about their rights and responsibilities.

Lastly, you'll take ownership of the social elections process and collaborate with leadership on campaigns and internal initiatives.

• Excellent Dutch and French, fluent in English
• University degree, preferably in HR
• 5+ years of experience in human resources
• Knowledge of labor laws and benefits
• Willingness to travel frequently across our 3 locations (Brussels, Luxembourg and Amsterdam)
• Open-minded and curious
• Outstanding organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to remain composed under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
