In this position, you will be the driving force behind AccessiWay's success in Germany, aligning our mission with local needs and helping shape the future of digital accessibility.

What You’ll Do :

  • Market growth leadership : Develop and implement strategies to expand AccessiWay’s presence in [Country], identifying growth opportunities and partnerships.
  • P&L Management : Oversee financial performance, ensuring profitability and strategic alignment with company objectives.
  • Build and lead the local team : Hire, lead, and support the local team, fostering a culture of performance, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Compliance and alignment : Ensure local operations comply with national regulations and AccessiWay’s company standards.
  • Strengthen client relationships : Work closely with key clients and partners to ensure project delivery and establish long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with HQ : Work closely with HQ teams, including Sales, Marketing, HR and Delivery, to meet local needs and share best practices.

    • Who We’re Looking For :

  • Proven experience : At least 5 years in strategic leadership roles
  • Commercial acumen : Strong understanding of sales and communication, with experience in managing P&L.
  • Language skills : German , English (C1 level or higher). Other European languages are a plus.
  • Knowledge of the market : Proven experience in developing projects in B2B SaaS markets, even if outside the digital accessibility sphere.
  • Passion for digital accessibility : A strong interest or experience in digital accessibility is a plus.
  • Exceptional leadership skills : Proven ability to perform and lead

    Compensation :

    Competitive salary based on experience.
