Description

• You receive and visit clients to inform them and offer them the best solutions based on their personal situation with one of our financial partners;
• You actively prospect new clients by building and maintaining a business network (real estate offices, developers, etc.);
• You participate in commercial actions, with a particular focus on events and B2B networking;
• You play an active role in local networks to commercially support the company's positive image;
• You analyze and respond to customer requests and propose prices;
• You defend your files with lenders / partners;
• You follow up each file to completion and payment;
• You provide cross- and up-selling to other departments and colleagues;
• You manage customer databases and report to management;
• You are fluent in French and a good command of Dutch is a plus;
• You have experience in mortgage credit distribution and a successful commercial background;
• You have the necessary authorizations from the FSMA to work as a credit broker (certifications and professional experience);
• You have listening skills, analyze customer needs and questions;
• You show initiative, independence, methodical work, and organization;
• You are empathetic, communicate clearly, and take care of your presentation;
