Job Description
Context of the Mission / Objectives of the Job
Our client, a major player in insurance, is seeking a Solution Architect to reinforce their architecture team. The focus is on developments for Non-Life insurance products , including underwriting applications and claims management. Key challenges in 2025 will involve claim handling and document / content management .
The application landscape primarily includes Angular or .NET MVC front-ends integrated via REST APIs with a COBOL / SQL back-end . Specific functionalities (, Case Management, Document Generation) utilize off-the-shelf packages.
As a Solution Architect, you will engage in the entire application development lifecycle, from inception to operational support. Key responsibilities include :
- Understanding and structuring business requirements.
- Designing efficient solutions addressing functional and non-functional requirements.
- Conducting impact analyses on existing systems.
- Collaborating with IT and business stakeholders.
- Developing a long-term vision for IT systems.
