SciNova have exclusively partnered with one of Belgium's most Biopharmaceutical organisations specialising in clinical stage vaccine development and rare diseases. My client is searching for a Senior Quality Manager to manage and oversee all contract manufacturing activities, take ownership of all MBR matters and operate as the most senior POC in Quality for the entire European organisation. They will also be fully responsible for overseeing all QM related activities and direct team leadership - This includes internal and external audits, GMP compliance, QMS upgrades, validation / verification, deviation inspections and so on.

Role responsibilities :

• Develop and implement quality management systems and processes to ensure compliance with cGMP and other regulatory requirements.
• Establish and maintain quality metrics and key performance indicators to monitor and improve quality performance.
• Oversee all external manufacturing activities at key European CDMO hubs.
• Conduct internal and external audits to assess compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Investigate and resolve quality issues and non-conformances, implementing corrective and preventive actions as necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development, manufacturing, and commercialisation activities.
