Forvis Mazars islooking for a Junior Tax (Global Mobility) Consultant to strengthenits team in Ghent and / or Brussels. Following an initialintroduction and training, you will join our Global MobilityServices team, which provides advice to HR managers, Financedepartments … on the tax, social security, immigration and legalmatters related to their internationalpersonnel.

Yourresponsibilities :

  • Adviseon international employment structures and implementation (byanalysing the national and international tax legislation, such asdouble taxtreaties);
  • Assistclients with tax, social security, and migrationcompliance;
  • Supportincome tax return process, permit applications, payrollcalculations,etc.;
  • Provide adviceon equity-related compensation and the implementation in thepayroll;
  • Advise onsalary optimizations and Belgian tax regime forimpatriates;
  • Keepup-to-date with changes in tax, social security, and migrationlaws;
  • Manage clientfiles in a team with support from a senior teammember;
  • Collaborateclosely with payroll and labour law teams and Forvis Mazars officesabroad.

Yourprofile :

  • Master'sor bachelor's in law, (Applied) Economics, Business Management : Accountancy & Taxation, Business Administration : Taxation orPostgraduate inTax
  • First experienceas a Tax Consultant is a plus (but nonecessity);
  • You arefluent in Dutch and / or French and English. Knowledge of Dutch isrequired;
  • You areclient focused with a hands-onattitude;
  • You arehighly motivated, have excellent communication skills, can solvecomplex problems in a pragmatic and qualitativeway.
