THE MISSIONS

At NEO2, Junior Business Managers (M / F) are true entrepreneurs. You will learn how to build your business from the ground up.Their mission is to develop and manage their department, a sort of micro-company inside NEO2.

Your tasks :

Win over new clients by prospecting on the phone and in person

Exchange and identify your client's needs in terms of their industrial projects, requiring technical understanding.

Find the talents of tomorrow, meet them and recruit them to join your team of engineering experts.

Match the needs of your clients with the aspirations and skills of your engineering experts.

Negotiate contracts with your clients (prices, payment terms, etc.).With the support of your coach, define your business development strategy : new markets / clients to conquer, new activities, etc.

Manage a team of consultants (project management, career management, management of critical situations, etc.).
