Sisk are hiring an Mechanical Supervisor / Walkdowns . The Mechanical Supervisor will oversee and participate in the planning, execution, and evaluation of mechanical walkdown activities on various projects. The successful candidate will ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and project timelines while leading a team of technicians and contractors, and pharmaceutical experience.

You will :

• Perform thorough walkdowns of mechanical systems and facilities
• Verify that installations meet project specifications and quality standards.
• Identify and document any discrepancies, deficiencies, or safety hazards.
• Create detailed reports of walkdown findings, including photographs and annotations.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of inspections and walkdowns.
• Submit reports to relevant stakeholders and follow up on corrective actions.
• Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, and technical teams to address walkdown findings.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure understanding of issues and required actions.
• Participate in project meetings to provide updates on walkdown status and findings.
• Ensure all work complies with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct follow-up inspections to verify that corrective actions have been implemented.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on walkdown procedures and standards.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and advancements in inspection techniques.
