We are currently looking for a Cloud & Infrastructure Architect to join our team in Brussels.

Your role :

• Manage overall IT operations including cloud infrastructure, while driving strategic transformation initiatives
• Oversee and coordinate a diverse team of professionals across various domains, fostering collaboration and ensuring optimal performance
• Drive innovation and automation; identify opportunities to implement innovative solutions and automate processes to enhance efficiency
• Address and troubleshoot issues / incidents promptly, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement continuous service improvements (CSIs) to prevent recurrence.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert consultancy and maintaining strong relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
• Lead and manage projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet business goals while coordinating with team members and stakeholders
• Monitor and manage operational metrics to ensure performance and efficiency align with organizational goals
• Prepare and deliver reports to provide insights, track progress, and support informed decision-making
