Data Analyst – Customer, Usage Experience, Data, Cloud, Python - Remote - Belgium

A large company is looking for a Data Analyst to provide insights and drive data-led strategies to improve customer experience and engagement.

This is a full-time permanent positions.

The location is remote in Belgium (only accepting candidates based in Belgium)

Dutch and / or French and English fluency is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities :

• Use SQL and Python (preferably PySpark) to manipulate and analyse data.
• Develop clear, insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI; DAX knowledge.
• Perform advanced statistical analyses, including clustering, segmentation, Bayesian algorithms, regressions, and machine learning techniques.
• Work with both traditional relational databases and big-data / cloud environments (e.g., Azure, Cloudera, Hadoop, Teradata).
• Translate business needs into analytical problems and present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions and track performance metrics.
• Create and maintain data pipelines to ensure clean and consistent data flow.
