About the role
As Product Quality Coordinator , you will be responsible for developing and implementing the quality policy for all products sold under national brands as well as the company's own brand. You will collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure compliance, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities
Define and implement the quality policy
Ensure compliance with Belgian and European regulations related to pharmacy and parapharmacy products.
Define and monitor quality indicators and corrective action plans.
Develop a robust quality system for the own brand, ensuring innovation and product compliance.
Product control and certification
Analyze and validate suppliers’ technical files.
Organize and supervise internal and external quality audits.
Ensure product compliance in case of anomalies.
Guarantee that the own brand meets the highest quality standards.
Ensure regulatory compliance for products (cosmetics, food supplements, medical devices, etc.) according to European and international standards.
Conduct regulatory and scientific watch to anticipate market trends and legal requirements.
Non-conformity management & continuous improvement
Identify non-conformities and coordinate corrective actions with suppliers and internal teams.
Drive process optimization to reduce quality risks.
Implement a feedback and continuous improvement system for the own brand.
Handle consumer complaints related to product quality and ensure implementation of corrective actions.
Your profile
Education & experience
Scientific Bachelor's degree.
Minimum – years of proven experience in a similar role.
Technical skills
Knowledge of Belgian and European regulations for parapharmacy products.
Solid understanding of quality and regulatory standards (ISO, GMP, CE marking, etc.).
Experience in audits, product certification, and private label quality management.
Soft skills
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally with multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent communication skills.
Languages
Fluent in French or Dutch and English .
