ICI Formation is a leading marketplace in the field of training and professional development. Through their platform, anyone can identify, compare, and directly contact the experts best suited to their needs. For 20 years, ICI Formation has been offering a comprehensive range of services, including training programs, skills assessments, and support for the VAE (Validation of Acquired Experience) process. Its goal is to facilitate connections between working professionals and training providers. As part of our growth, we are looking for a Sales Representative to join our team. Your main mission will be to actively contribute to the development of our commercial activity. You will be in daily contact with training organization directors and acquisition managers. Through relatively short sales cycles—around two months—you will engage with various organizations such as training centers, VAE support centers, skills assessment centers, and outplacement firms, among others. Your responsibilities : Contribute to the development of the company's commercial activity. Prospect new clients. Independently manage your client portfolio. Negotiate and close contracts in line with the group's policies and guidelines. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer loyalty. Report on your activity. You hold a two- or three-year higher education degree (Bac +2 / 3) and have at least 5 years of experience in the digital field. A solid understanding of the training sector and its key players would be a strong asset. You have a strong interest in digital technologies, which allows you to stay at the forefront of industry innovations. With excellent prospecting skills, you are able to identify and seize new opportunities with determination. As an experienced hunter, you also possess a strong team spirit.
