What You’ll Do :
As a Hybrid Representative Lead, you’ll be responsible for :
- Driving sales and market share growth across your territory.
- Building strong relationships with physicians, specialists, and KOLs .
- Coaching and developing a high-performing sales team (50% of your role).
- Supporting the Regional Sales Manager in project implementation and team leadership.
- Championing digital innovation and customer-centric programs.
