Your mission
We’re Cuez and we’re reshaping the world of live broadcasting through our innovative SaaS tools used by production teams around the globe : from newsrooms and sports studios to universities, talkshows and events.
As a Sales Engineer, you’ll bridge the gap between sales and technology. You'll travel extensively to meet clients, primarily in the United States, helping them understand and adopt our software in fast-paced production environments.
This is a hands-on, dynamic role that blends technical consultation, live product demos and close collaboration with sales and product teams . We’re looking for someone passionate, proactive and ready to hit the road. If you're excited by live media, tech, travel and people : you might be the one we’re looking for.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Product Demonstrations : Lead compelling live and virtual demos of our platform, tailored to technical and editorial decision-makers.
- On-Site Engagements : Visit client sites (mainly in the US and EU) to provide hands-on support during trials, demos and onboarding sessions.
- Technical Pre-Sales Support : Advise prospects on technical workflows and best practices , addressing their questions and concerns throughout the sales cycle.
- Customer Discovery : Analyze client workflows and needs, identify opportunities for integration and help validate the business and technical fit of our solution.
- Field Feedback : Relay real-world insights to our product and engineering teams to help drive feature development and usability improvements.
- Collaboration : When not traveling, support remote demos, refine documentation and work closely with the broader team to improve the overall sales experience.
Your profile
You have at least 2–5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer or in a similar client-facing technical role, ideally in SaaS, media tech or live production environments.You’re a natural communicator who can simplify technical ideas and make complex systems feel approachable.You have experience in live production environments , whether through internships, professional roles, freelance gigs or your studies.You’ve spent time in control rooms or studios and understand the roles, pressure and tools involved in live broadcasting.You’re familiar with or quick to learn tools like EVS, vMIX, Singular, AMPP and all other media-tech in between.You’re comfortable with frequent travel (up to 50%) world wide.You’re fluent in English (written and spoken); any additional languages are a plus.You're based in Belgium, elsewhere in Europe or on the East Coast of the US , with easy access to airports and flexibility to travel as needed.Bonus points if you’re a graduate of a media / TV / film school, but above all, we value energy, curiosity and a problem-solving mindset.Why us?
