As a Senior Analyst, you'll work at the crossroads of business strategy and IT delivery, enabling impactful solutions for complex challenges.
What you will do :
- Act as the strategic interface between business, IT, and stakeholders
- Lead business requirements gathering and ensure stakeholder alignment
- Translate user needs into detailed functional specifications for digital solutions
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, refinement sessions, and workshops
- Collaborate closely with delivery teams to ensure feasible, user-centric IT outcomes
- Analyse the impact of business changes on front- and back-end systems
- Contribute to continuous process improvements and roadmap prioritization
- Ensure quality, risk, and issue management are actively monitored
