Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of banking by bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Your main responsibilities include :

• Requirement Gathering and Analysis : Collaborate with stakeholders to understand, document, and prioritize business requirements for banking solutions.
• Process Optimization : Analyze existing workflows and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Solution Design : Work with IT and business teams to design and implement innovative banking solutions aligned with regulatory standards and business goals.
• Stakeholder Management : Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
• Project Support : Contribute to project planning, monitoring, and reporting, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
• A degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field , with a strong affinity for IT and technology-driven solutions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders across the organization.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and familiarity with tools such as Jira or Confluence is a plus.
• Fluency in French / Dutch and English
