FunctieomschrijvingIdentify, analyze, and document business, stakeholder, and transition requirements. Define detailed product requirements and use cases. Model and document business processes (existing and new). Ensure effective communication between stakeholders (OPC, IT, Data, ORM Solutions). Translate requirements into test conditions and expected results for performance and user acceptance testing. Participate in quality reviews (designs, prototypes, and documentation). Maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle. Experience with conceptual modeling techniques and requirements management. Strong proficiency in MS Office. Solid understanding of IT environments and testing methodologies. Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience. Experience : 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in business analysis. Native or fluent in Dutch or French with a good command of the other language. Good knowledge of English. 50% on-site and 50% remote work expected.

Mission Context :
The Operational Permanent Control (OPC) department is responsible for identifying and assessing operational risks as well as executing controls. As part of a broad transformation program, Track 4 “Tooling” aims to define, document, and implement a high-performing technological ecosystem for OPC, including :
- Data analytics
- Artificial intelligence (AI)
- Advanced robotics
The Business Analyst will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure the successful delivery of these initiatives.
