Business Analyst – Onboarding Mission Brief
As the market is shifting to a Mobile First approach, the organization has chosen to accelerate the implementation of a fully app-based onboarding process. The company follows the Scrum framework to manage projects and day-to-day application maintenance. Ownership of tools and applications is distributed across multiple Scrum teams.
The team responsible for onboarding, prospect conversion, personal data management, and access management tools is seeking a Business Analyst to support these efforts.
Responsibilities
- Document or update the documentation of existing operational processes.
- Identify process improvements and validate them with various stakeholders.
- Define the target operational processes in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the rest of the team to build operational processes.
- Follow up and support development teams in delivering identified improvements.
- Contribute to creating end-user documentation.
- Help prepare and deliver end-user training.
- Serve as back-up for other Business Analysts within the team.
Requirements and Skills
Proven knowledge and experience in business process management and process improvement .Experience in leading workshops to analyze operational processes .Strong written and verbal communication skills.Highly organized with a structured approach.English is required; French and / or Dutch are strong advantages.Certifications and / or experience with the following are a strong plus :BPMNLean / Six SigmaExperience in the following areas is considered a plus :Banking or Financial SectorCustomer onboarding processesData managementMiddle-office or back-office operational teams
