Our client is a major IT services provider in Belgium, delivering end-to-end IT solutions across infrastructure, cloud, software development, consulting, and staffing.
As part of their continued growth, they are hiring 3 Solution Sales to support their sales strategy and business development goals.
Responsibilities :
As a Solution Sales professional, you will be accountable for the commercial development of a specialized product line, with a focus on Data & AI - Cloud - Cyber Security. Your role will include both cross-selling to existing clients and acquiring new ones.
Key responsibilities include :
- Business Development : Identify and develop growth opportunities within the existing client base and among new prospects. Use various outreach techniques including digital campaigns, events, calls, and emails.
- Client Engagement : Meet with clients and prospects to promote the added value of the company's Data & AI solutions. Demonstrate how these offerings address specific business challenges.
- Collaboration with Account Managers : Work closely with account managers to identify opportunities and recommend appropriate solutions. You’ll benefit from their client relationships to access the right stakeholders.
- Presales Support : Collaborate with presales teams to build persuasive, technically sound proposals tailored to client needs. You will shape the commercial messaging of these offers.
- Market Intelligence : Stay updated on market trends, competitor solutions, and emerging technologies in Data & AI. Leverage insights to refine offerings and uncover new market segments.
You will be part of the “Go to Market & Solution Sales” team, reporting directly to your team lead and supported by experienced colleagues.
Experience & Competences :
Required skills :
Sales Expertise : Proven experience in IT solution sales, particularly in a consultative or technical pre-sales environment. Strong ability to detect opportunities and engage with prospects effectively.Technical Knowledge : Solid understanding of Data & AI solutions - Cloud solutions - Cyber Security solutions , with the ability to explain value propositions in clear and compelling terms.Results-Driven : Goal-oriented, proactive approach to business development and achieving sales targets.Profile :
Degree in business, engineering, or a related field.Significant experience in selling or supporting the sale of complex technology solutions, ideally in one of the 3 open Opportunities (see above).Strong interpersonal skills, active listening, and a consultative approach.Self-starter with good time management, organizational skills, and a structured work style.Capable of balancing multiple priorities and managing sales cycles efficiently.FR Ntive and ideally EnglishEducation :
bachelor or master or Strong experience in the sector.
