Strong understanding of industrial operations and how engineering is executed in a manufacturing environment.

Proven experience with SCADA systems, process control, and digital data flows.

Knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies, including IoT, digital twins, MES, and cloud-based platforms.

Experience with predictive maintenance tools and strategies in an industrial context.

Ability to lead change and support cross-functional teams in digital project adoption.
