B.E.S. (Business & Engineering Solutions) is growing and thus welcoming a new Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer in our Energy team.

As an Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer at B.E.S., you will enjoy a collaborative environment where you will work closely with others in an organization that encourages and values collaboration, mentoring, and continuous learning.

Your responsabilities :

  • Design and configure industrial networks (Ethernet, Profibus, Modbus, ZigBee, etc.)
  • Program and optimize PLCs ( Allen Bradley, ABB, Siemens ) and HMI / SCADA systems
  • Install, calibrate, and maintain instrumentation (analog & digital sensors, valves, VFDs, etc.)
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives : line speed-up , lightweighting , energy savings
  • Assist during major overhauls, commissioning , and ramp-up phases
  • Draft risk assessments, method statements, and technical documentation
  • Ensure PLC communication & system interoperability
  • Lead and coach site teams during installations and upgrades
  • Collaborate with software and mechanical teams to resolve technical issues
  • Develop smart and embedded systems (home automation, terminals, electronic boards)

Your profile :

  • Engineering degree in Automation, Electronics, Mechatronics or equivalent
  • 8+ years of experience in industrial environments (FMCG, energy, packaging, etc.)
  • Strong expertise in Allen Bradley (ControlLogix, SLC500, PLC5) , ABB , Siemens
  • Hands-on experience in instrumentation (4-20 mA, RTD, HART, Endress+Hauser, etc.)
  • Knowledge of embedded programming ( C, C++, Java ), SCADA , and field protocols
  • Problem-solver , able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Fluent in French , professional English required
