Description de posteEngineering degree in Automation, Electronics, Mechatronics or equivalent 8+ years of experience in industrial environments (FMCG, energy, packaging, etc.) Strong expertise in Allen Bradley (ControlLogix, SLC500, PLC5) , ABB , Siemens Hands-on experience in instrumentation (4-20 mA, RTD, HART, Endress+Hauser, etc.) Knowledge of embedded programming ( C, C++, Java ), SCADA , and field protocols Problem-solver , able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks Fluent in French , professional English required Great projects in Engineering and High Technologies through major players to develop your technical skills and hard skills, Knowledge sharing processes though our competences centers and experts' communities to grow your multi-sectorial knowledge, A strong development plan to improve your soft skills such as Leadership, Communication skills, Change & People management capabilities… A full package made of gross salary on 13.92 months, lunch allowance, entertainment expenses, company car & fuel card, group insurances OR a freelance contarct, A friendly, lively working environment within a dynamic and motivated team !!
B.E.S. (Business & Engineering Solutions) is growing and thus welcoming a new Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer in our Energy team.
As an Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer at B.E.S., you will enjoy a collaborative environment where you will work closely with others in an organization that encourages and values collaboration, mentoring, and continuous learning.
Your responsabilities :
- Design and configure industrial networks (Ethernet, Profibus, Modbus, ZigBee, etc.)
- Program and optimize PLCs ( Allen Bradley, ABB, Siemens ) and HMI / SCADA systems
- Install, calibrate, and maintain instrumentation (analog & digital sensors, valves, VFDs, etc.)
- Support continuous improvement initiatives : line speed-up , lightweighting , energy savings
- Assist during major overhauls, commissioning , and ramp-up phases
- Draft risk assessments, method statements, and technical documentation
- Ensure PLC communication & system interoperability
- Lead and coach site teams during installations and upgrades
- Collaborate with software and mechanical teams to resolve technical issues
- Develop smart and embedded systems (home automation, terminals, electronic boards)
