Are you fluent in Dutch and English and passionate about helping people? Join our team in Sofia as a Customer Support Specialist , where you'll assist users of a global brand and ensure an outstanding service experience in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

In this on-site role, you'll handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat , providing timely and professional support on a variety of topics such as account issues, product information, and troubleshooting.

Location : Sofia, Bulgaria (On-site)

Languages : Dutch (C2) & English (B2+)

Role Type : Full-time

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 10 : 00-19 : 00

Training : 3 weeks, on-site

Relocation Support Provided

EU Passport Required

What You'll Do :

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently
• Support users with account management, orders, or product-related questions
• Document interactions using internal systems and tools
• Escalate complex cases when necessary
• Deliver service excellence while meeting performance KPIs
