Senior Consultant Business Transformation - Supply Chain expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant with expertise in Operational Excellence and Supply Chain Management . In this role, you will partner with clients to drive transformative improvements, optimize processes, and enhance operational efficiency. You will leverage data-driven insights and industry best practices to solve complex business challenges, delivering measurable value and sustainable change.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute operational excellence and supply chain optimization projects, ensuring successful delivery and measurable business impact.
• Analyze supply chain processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop tailored strategies to enhance productivity, cost efficiency, and service levels .
• Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies to streamline operations and drive performance excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement best-in-class supply chain strategies , including demand planning, inventory management, procurement, and logistics .
• Assess and leverage emerging technology trends, automation, and digital solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop and deliver insightful presentations and reports , effectively communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field .
