The Technical Account Manager (TAM) plays a pivotal role in cultivating strong relationships with our key customers. Its purpose is to maximize the value of imec’s offering in silicon processing services and low volume manufacturing.

What you will do
- Build and nurture close relationships with key customer contacts across all levels. Become a “trusted advisor”, sought after for expertise in navigating imec's development, services and low volume manufacturing solutions.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues that could impact customer satisfaction or service delivery efficiency.
- Tailor solutions to address specific needs and future production goals. Identify potential growth opportunities and coordinate with internal teams to develop value-added proposals aligned with the customer's strategic direction.
In this job, your main tasks will be :
Coordinate the process of responding to the customer needs to make imec the trusted and preferred supplier. Our portfolio of customers includes companies developing photonic technologies for datacom applications and manufacturers of industrial sensors.Collect the voice of customers for continuous improvement. Proactively identify and address potential issues that could impact customer satisfaction or value deliveryMap the technical strategy and roadmaps of our key customers and collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop value-added proposals aligned with the customer's strategic directions.Identify growth opportunities, with a focus on the technical aspects, in coordination with the Business Development and Regional Partnership managers.This is a hybrid role based in Leuven, Belgium.What we do for you

Who you are
Good understanding of semiconductor industry ecosystem, supply chain and operations, ASIC and Wafer services is an important asset.10 years in semiconductor industry, ideally in a high-volume manufacturing environment.Strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate them into tangible business value.Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills to foster strong connections across all customer levels.Growth mindset with a demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to evolving customer needs.Who we are
