As Business Developer, you will drive the company’s growth by combining your expertise in tender management with a strong commercial focus. Acting as a key player in identifying and securing new opportunities, you’ll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver winning proposals and build lasting partnerships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Business Development : Identify and pursue new tender opportunities and strategic partnerships in Belgium and across the SEPA region.
- End-to-End Tender Management : Lead the full lifecycle of tenders, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions that align with client needs.
- Client Engagement : Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and positioning the company’s solutions effectively.
- Craft Winning Proposals : Develop compelling, tailored proposals that showcase the company’s innovative payment solutions.
- Market Intelligence : Monitor market trends, competition, and emerging opportunities to proactively position the company for growth.
- Compliance & Risk Management : Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and mitigate potential risks in tender submissions.
- Performance Reporting : Provide regular progress updates and insights to the Management Committee, highlighting key wins and growth areas.

Your Profile :
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring a mix of commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and technical expertise :
Proven Experience : At least 2 years in business development, tender management or a similar role, ideally in fintech or related industries.Strong Commercial Orientation : Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, engage stakeholders, and close deals.In-Depth Knowledge : An understanding of SEPA payment systems, regulatory compliance, and the tendering process.Exceptional Communication Skills : Fluent in French, Dutch, and English, with the ability to build trust and negotiate effectively.Detail-Oriented : Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tenders and client relationships simultaneously.Organisatie- en afdelingomschrijving
