Your mission :

As a trusted advisor to the internal teams, you’ll play a key role in planning, facilitating, and following up on change and learning activities across the organisation. You will also organise workshops and learning sessions to ensure new tools are effectively adopted and embedded into daily workflows.

Key Objectives :

  • Drive user adoption of Microsoft technologies including Power BI, Power Automate, and Microsoft Copilot
  • Promote a culture of learning and collaboration
  • Ensure a practical, hands-on approach to change and knowledge transfer
  • Facilitate workshops, coaching sessions, and follow-up actions with business and IT teams

Workload & Availability :

  • Estimated workload : 100 to 125 man-days
  • Duration : Until project end (exact date TBD)
  • Work model : On-call , typically 4 / 5 days per week
  • Mode : Hybrid (some on-site presence required in Belgium)

    • Required Skills & Experience :

  • Solid background in Organisational Change Management
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 , especially :
  • Power BI
  • Power Automate
  • Microsoft Copilot
  • Certifications / experience in :
  • M365 Fundamentals (Intermediate)
  • Generative AI (Beginner level – Career Essentials)
  • Languages :
  • Dutch or French – Native / Bilingual proficiency
  • English – Full professional proficiency
