- Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent experience in aviation / MRO
- Proven experience managing aviation infrastructure projects and / or outsourcing initiatives
- Strong knowledge of P145 maintenance requirements and EASA / BCAA regulations
- Excellent project planning, risk management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Financial acumen : cost analysis, budgeting, and contract negotiation
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); Dutch and / or French is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools; AMOS knowledge is a plus
- Experience working with airport authorities and regulatory bodies
- Familiarity with CAMO oversight and line maintenance operations
- Background in managing temporary facilities or large-scale construction projects
