Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for sales and team development? This is your opportunity to step into a leadership role that blends commercial excellence with coaching impact in the pharmaceutical sector.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead sales efforts to achieve territory targets and market share growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, specialists, and KOLs
  • Coach and develop a team of hybrid representatives (50% of your role)
  • Support the Regional Sales Manager in project implementation
  • Drive digital engagement and customer-centric initiatives

  • Sales & market share performance
  • Field force efficiency

  • Coaching effectiveness
  • Project execution and adoption
  • What You’ll Need :

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Fluent in Dutch or French , and English
  • Experience in the pharmacy or generics (Gx) market
  • Strong coaching, negotiation, and commercial skills
  • A proactive mindset : growth-oriented, agile, and collaborative
  • Nice to Have :

  • A strong regional network
  • Proven ability to identify and chase opportunities
