Role Overview
As part of the global team in charge of the Banking Industry at Invent, the Director will lead a significant portion of our client and offering portfolio, leveraging expertise to deliver impact both externally and internally.
Responsibilities
- Grow the financial services consulting business :
Drive development and expansion of financial services consulting, focusing on retail banking.
Win market share by leveraging expertise and insights, creating new business opportunities, responding to RFPs / RFIs, and expanding existing client relationships.Build trusted advisor relationships with C-Suite, business unit, and division leaders at key clients to enhance client value.Develop and share intellectual capital and viewpoints, creating initiatives that impact clients and enhance Capgemini Invent's reputation.Deliver projects :Lead and develop assets to identify and deliver value for clients.
Understand client needs in market context and recommend strategies for short- and long-term value creation at senior levels.Ensure high-quality work focused on client impact and tangible results.Build and manage teams :Enhance Capgemini Invent’s capabilities in Financial Services.
Expand the team of consultants in the financial sector.Create a motivating environment, attract top talents, and foster engagement and career development.Lead by example, act as a coach, and promote collaboration across teams and networks.Candidate Profile
Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields (MBA or financial background a plus).Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.10-15+ years of experience in consulting, with operational banking experience preferred.Proven ability to develop accounts and sell consulting services.Excellent presentation and delivery skills to senior management and C-level executives.Strong consulting skills, drive, influence, and interpersonal skills.Passion for banking and its broader societal impact.Experience managing large, complex projects.What We Offer
