Solid knowledge of Non-Life insurance (Life is a plus). Proficient in tools like Power BI, SAS, R, or Python. + IFRS Fluent in French or Dutch, with a good command of English. Gentis is currently looking for an Accounting Manager on behalf of a leading insurance company well-established in the Belgian market
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team managing accounting & admin for Life and Non-Life reinsurance.
- Oversee closings (premiums, claims, reserves, deposits).
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, cash collection, and financial reporting.
- Support compliance with Solvency II & IFRS.
- Align with departments like Risk and Controlling.
