The Head of Strategic Department is tasked with spearheading the company’s strategic planning efforts to maximize growth opportunities, improve market positioning, and ensure long-term sustainability. The role requires close collaboration with other departments to develop and execute strategies that enhance the company's competitive advantage in the brokerage industry.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the development and implementation of the company’s overall strategic plan.
- Identify growth opportunities by analyzing market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with department heads to align their operational goals with the company's strategic objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and adjust as necessary.
- Facilitate strategic initiatives that drive innovation and efficiency across the organization.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for the CSO and Board of Directors on strategic plans and outcomes.
- Oversee risk management strategies to mitigate potential threats to company growth.
- Mentor and guide the strategic team, fostering a high-performing work environment.
- Any other duties relevant to the role.
