We are looking for a Data Analyst - Sales Performance Management to become a part of our Customer Operations Steering Tribe who will use data to support, challenge and inspire our business regarding sales performance.
Your tasks as Data Analyst
Key overall responsibility is to work with the business teams to deliver all sales performance related questions. This typically includes the following activities :
- Understanding current incentive compensation landscape & proactively inspire our business partners with recommendations
- Being a partner for business in defining & challenging new incentive compensation requirements
- Executing gap analysis & defining solution design
- Adapting the configuration in the Sales Performance Management tool (data modelling & ETL)
- Developing & maintaining the right reporting in the Sales Performance Management & reporting tool
- Bridging business & IT in projects with sales performance impact
- Inspire and coach Data Analysts in our team and govern the overall sales performance tooling solution
