We are looking for a Cloud Engineer with a specialization in open-source IoT systems for Brussels.

Description

Implement CI / CD frameworks and align tools for deployment in AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service).
Manage application connectivity with messaging brokers like MQTT, REST, and AMQP.
Utilize DevOps tools on Jenkins, diagnose software and networking issues.
Conduct proof of concepts to evaluate technologies and improve processes.
Participate in the development roadmap.
Ensure smooth operation and regular maintenance of open-source IoT systems and applications using CI / CD practices.
Set up monitoring tools, collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system reliability.

Skills

Experience in AKS deployment using Helm charts and messaging protocols (MQTT, REST, AMQP).

Experience in cloud computing environments, particularly Azure, and backend development using Java.

Experience with Docker, Azure Cloud services (like AKS, Log Analytics, Azure container registry), and ideally Hono & Ditto product experience.

Experience with IoT architecture, protocols, and networking concepts (TCP / IP, DNS).

Experience with Database management skills with SQL and NoSQL databases.

Experience with IoT security practices and standards.
