As Administrative Assistant your responsibilities are :

• Provide general administrative support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying
• Coordinate and maintain records for staff office space, phones, and office keys
• Create and modify various documents using Microsoft Office
• Maintain inventory of office supplies
• Assist in managing and maintaining company policies and procedures
• Provide assistance in organizing company events
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
• Ensure the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis
