As we move on to new projects, the studio that brought you Baldur's Gate 3 & Divinity : Original Sin 2 is looking for an Animation Director to join the team and help us in crafting the high caliber games our fans have come to expect.

Animation Director

Responsibilities

• Craft a clear, understandable vision and plan for our game animation style and goals; and empower your leads, seniors, and adjacent teams to rally around that vision.
• Collaborate and partner with other directors to set the standards, drive fidelity and quality for all aspects of our games' animation content
• Lead a team of highly skilled animators to deliver hi-fidelity animation; defining and setting the animation standard along each stage.
• Mentor, develop, and build the skills of your team while ensuring team cohesion and an atmosphere of creativity
• Coordinate with technical animation and coding teams to improve and develop the animation pipeline, tool sets, and functionality
• Partner with production and leadership to balance creative goals with production realities while delivering on player experience
• Provide regular actionable creative and directional feedback to your team to maintain and push quality
