Who are we looking for?
- At least 5 years of experience in technical design and complex IT project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of current technologies, IT architecture and application landscapes
- The ability to interact with business and IT stakeholders, drive changes, and manage dependencies.
- Skills in defining and aligning roadmaps and conducting assessments.
- An understanding of both business needs and IT capabilities.
- The ability to work with diverse teams, including IT Integrators, Product Owners, and Software Engineers.

This track is designed to equip you with the expertise needed to excel in your chosen role, fostering your growth and ensuring your readiness to tackle complex challenges within the IT-landscape of ING .
