Your responsibilities:


The Cross-Border e-Commerce market is booming. To support this record growth, we strengthen our team with a new position: Business Development Representative Intern Europe. You will help to develop an effective EU sales strategy. You work closely with the BDR team, Business Development Manager and Founder of Cross-Border Commerce Europe.

Your focus:

  • Help create and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined territory
  • Research and build new and existing accounts (e.g. adding contacts, emails, strategic calling)
  • Target potential customers across the market
  • Perform timely outbound sequences and engage through (cold email, LinkedIn messaging, cold calls) to prospect new opportunities
  • Prospect, identify, initiate, develop and nurture business relationships and opportunities in market/target accounts to generate new business opportunities
  • Arrange virtual business meetings with prospective European members and partners


Your Profile:


Hunting in sales is your passion. You are eager to get into sales and want to become a B2B e-commerce sales expert defying this European challenge.

  • You have to do an internship of minimum 6 months
  • You have a Hunter mindset that strives to overperform! Possibility of full-time job inside the company if your performance is up to standards
  • You need to have a school internship agreement
  • You're available to start immediately
  • Selling experience is nice to have, especially with cold callings
  • Efficiency and goal-oriented is your second nature
  • You take initiative and you’re a fast learner
  • Your DNA is digital
  • A good experience in B2B social media: YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn
  • You like cold calling, cold emailing & LinkedIn messaging
  • Fluent command of English is required with a focus on speaking, French and other second languages is a plus
  • You are a pro-active candidate working alternatively from home and our Brussels HQ
  • You hold a BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
  • You like being part of a start-up environment
