Polestar is a pioneer in electric mobility. We are currently looking for a Retail Network Performance Specialist to expand our team and to support our growth within the Belgian Automotive Industry. In this role you’ll play a key role in launching, supporting, and optimizing our retail spaces across Belgium. You’ll combine project coordination, operational support, and analytical insights to drive our network growth and performance. You will need to work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to make sure that our sales and operations processes are aligned and we can maximize our sales volumes.

What you'll do

Network Expansion & Implementation

  • You will support with network studies and site selection to make the right strategic decisions.
  • You coordinate new retail spaces from A to Z and make them ready for sales.
  • You ensure a successful start-up phase in collaboration with HQ, architects, and local teams.

Performance Management

  • You will monitor non-sales-related KPIs for all retail locations.
  • You will provide input for the remuneration process and drive improvement actions with internal stakeholders.

    • Operational Support

  • You will be present in the spaces to detect needs and optimize processes.
  • You will coordinate training initiatives with relevant internal departments to make sure that every space specialist has the right knowledge to perform.

    • Who you are

  • You can bring 3 to 5 years of experience in operations or retail project management (experience in automotive or EV is a plus)
  • You have strong project management skills and a hands-on approach.
  • People describe you as proactive, independent, and a strong team player.
  • You have excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English that you combine with strong stakeholder management. You also have a good knowledge of French.
  • You are willing to travel regularly within Belgium.
