Network Engineer CCNP

My client is a subsidiary of a large telecom company and provides a lot of network oriented IT services to different clients.

He is currently looking for a new experienced colleague in Network with a CCNP certification

• Participate in the implementation of the solution with the support of an installation and support team
• Design and implement new systems that improve overall security;
• Apply security techniques to ensure that access controls, logging and auditing are adequate and effective
• Propose improvements to existing architecture;
• Collaborate with support teams to investigate, diagnose and resolve network issue

Technical Skills :

o You preferably have a university degree (Master's) - or at least a Bachelor's degree - and have an interest in enterprise networking technologies.

o You have at least a Cisco CCNP certificate in Routing / Switching and 10 years experience in network design and configuration.

o You have a good knowledge of Cisco enterprise networks (LAN, Wifi, Security)

o You are familiar with the tools and resources that Cisco makes available on its website

o A Cisco CCNA certificate in data center and / or wireless networks or equivalent experience in these areas is a plus

Non-technical skills :

o You are a good communicator and are able to establish and maintain a relationship of trust with customers

o You are autonomous, methodical, structured and organized in order to establish a work plan before starting a configuration

o You speak and write French fluently and have a good knowledge of written and spoken English (knowledge of Dutch is a plus)

o You are stress resistant

o You are flexible in terms of travel (within Belgium) and working hours
