Gate Stack Technology Expert

Our international client is currently searching for a Gate Stack Technology Expert to lead groundbreaking advancements in device integration and thin film processes.

The role will involve leading the development and implementation for device integration and the development of state of the art thin film processes. Facilitating smooth product transfers will be an important part of the role.

Required skills for the Gate Stack Technology Expert will include :

• Strong knowledge of R&D gate stack technology
• ALD semiconductor process integration experience
• Thin film deposition knowledge and experience
• Strong communication skills
• PhD in physics, chemistry, materials or equivalent
