SENIOR REACT DEVELOPER - Digital Innovation

Join a major player in the digital services sector that's undergoing a full transformation of its user platforms. The company is investing in building a brand-new digital interface to better serve millions of users across Belgium. They operate with a modern and collaborative approach to software development, embracing cloud-native technologies, DevOps practices, and design system standardization. You'll be part of a highly skilled internal team based in Brussels, working in a hybrid setup (minimum 2 days onsite).

This position is open to BOTH FREELANCER & INTERNALS employees.

SENIOR REACT DEVELOPER - THE PROFILE :

We're looking for a Senior React Frontend Developer with a strong background in large-scale, production-grade web applications. You'll be responsible for designing and implementing features in a complex single-page application using the latest tools and frameworks.

Must-Have Skills :

5+ years of professional experience with modern frontend development
Advanced expertise in React , TypeScript , and JavaScript
Hands-on experience with React Hooks , component architecture, and performance optimization
Solid understanding of state management patterns and RESTful APIs
Comfortable with modern tooling (e.g. Vite , Jest , Git )
Strong track record building scalable SPAs in a production setting
Experience working in Agile and CI / CD environments

Nice-to-Haves :

Familiarity with Web Components (Lit) and design systems

Exposure to micro frontends or BFF (Backend-for-Frontend) patterns

Understanding of Azure , Docker , and Kubernetes

Background in high-security or data-sensitive environments

SENIOR REACT DEVELOPER - THE OFFER :
