Location : Brussels, Belgium | Contract : 14-month maternity cover (with potential for a permanent role)

Work Schedule : 37 hours / week | Hybrid Work : Up to 50% remote

Description de la fonction Your Mission : Build a Data-Driven Future

As BI Developer – Project Lead , you’ll play a key role in driving our digital transformation in the Northern Europe region (Belgium, Germany, Austria, and Switzerland). You’ll lead essential business intelligence initiatives and design advanced reporting solutions that help our teams make smarter, data-driven decisions.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end BI projects, coordinating with internal departments and external partners
  • Design and develop intuitive reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI
  • Optimize BI tools and reporting pipelines for different business needs
  • Model and manage scalable data warehousing architectures
  • Drive adoption of data-driven decision-making across the organization

Profil

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Mathematics, Data Science, or related fields
  • At least 5 years of experience in modern data warehousing
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Power BI (Desktop, Service, Premium)
  • Strong command of SQL, DAX, M-Query, and Power Automate
  • Experience with Azure (Databricks, PySpark) or Oracle PL / SQL is a strong plus
  • Project management experience and strong communication skills
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus
