(Senior) Consultant - Financial Services Tax

In this role, you'll play a vital role in supporting financial institutions on their transformation journey. Supporting transformation : Assist financial institutions in adapting to the changing environment by focusing on areas such as Operations in Banking & Insurance, Customer & Commercial Services, and Finance Transformation.

Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, spot areas for improvements, and propose solutions aligned with client's strategic goals.

Take the initiative to coordinate and support activities across multiple teams, working closely with project / program managers to push solutions forward.

Operate within the context of client needs and your area of expertise, including Daily Banking, Lending, Invest, and Life or Non-Life Insurance.

Hold a master's degree in Economics, Management, or a similar domain.

Experience : Have between 2 and 5 years of experience as a consultant and / or in the financial sector, with knowledge of banking and / or insurance products and processes considered an asset.

Language proficiency : Possess native-level proficiency in Dutch and French, with profound knowledge of business English.

Work autonomously while being a strong team player.
