Overview

Senior / Lead Software Engineer (TypeScript)

This is a hands-on role with real influence over technical direction, ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example and building high-quality software in a collaborative, remote environment.

What you’ll be doing

Designing and developing scalable applications using modern TypeScript
Taking ownership of architecture and technical decision-making
Mentoring and supporting other engineers
Collaborating closely with product and design teams
Proactively exploring and applying AI-driven tools and workflows

What we’re looking for

Strong commercial experience with TypeScript

Background as a Senior or Lead Software Engineer

Solid understanding of software architecture and best practices

Proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving skills

Nice to have

Experience with Cocos or similar interactive / game frameworks

Interest in or hands-on experience with AI technologies

Experience building real-time or highly interactive applications
