Supply Chain Manager - Semiconductor

We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to oversee the complete production process for high-tech manufacturing projects. You will act as the main point of contact, turning plans into reality by coordinating production, assembly, and testing activities. In this role, you will work closely with different teams to make sure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and meet quality expectations.

• Plan and manage the entire supply chain process from production to delivery, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Coordinate project handovers from engineering teams to production teams, defining clear workflows.
• Track production progress daily, identifying and addressing any issues that could cause delays.
• Communicate regularly with internal teams and partners to align on forecasts, priorities, and capacities.
• Handle purchase orders and coordinate shipments to ensure smooth delivery to all parties involved.

What we expect from you:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a similar field.
• 5–10 years of experience in supply chain operations, ideally in high-tech, semiconductors or electronics manufacturing.
• Strong organizational skills and experience managing suppliers, schedules, and customer communications.
• Proficient in Excel and Power BI for reporting and analyzing supply chain data.
• Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus.
