Business Controller - Main Responsibilities :
- Strategic Partnering : Collaborate with the Country Manager to provide insightful analysis and translate strategic goals into measurable KPIs.
- Financial Reporting : Implement and lead the financial reporting process, ensuring timely and accurate insights to drive business decisions.
- Budgeting & Forecasting : Oversee budget and rolling forecast processes, adapting to market changes and identifying corrective actions.
- Sales Force Integration : Ensure sales force effectiveness is seamlessly integrated into financial management.
- Supply Chain Coordination : Manage supply forecast processes to prevent stock issues and optimize inventory.
- Business Intelligence : Enhance the efficiency and quality of business intelligence tools to support decision-making.
