Job description

At Amaris Consulting, we are dedicated to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking a talented HR Process Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and implementing HR processes that drive efficiency, compliance, and employee satisfaction across our global organization.

Your Responsibilities :

  • Analyze, design, and optimize HR processes to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to define process objectives, deliverables, and resource requirements.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives, leveraging methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma to identify and eliminate inefficiencies.
  • Ensure strict adherence to labor laws, data privacy regulations, and internal compliance standards in all HR processes.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
  • Identify process risks and develop robust mitigation strategies to ensure HR process reliability and compliance.
  • Prepare and present process analysis reports, recommendations, and updates to HR leadership and stakeholders.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for HR process engineering, supporting HR teams with best practices and technical guidance.
  • Mentor and support junior HR team members, promoting knowledge sharing and professional growth.
  • Stay updated on HR technology trends, process automation tools, and regulatory changes impacting HR operations.

Your Profile :

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR process engineering, HR operations, or business process improvement.
  • Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing HR process improvements in an international environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems (HRIS), process mapping, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in process modeling tools and HR technology platforms.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in French and Dutch.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement certification is a plus.
  • A proactive approach to learning and continuous improvement.
