The Role
As a Prefabrication Trainer at Victaulic, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for employees involved in the prefabrication process across the EMEA region. This role includes creating training materials, conducting hands-on sessions at our Prefab Facilities and with vendors throughout Europe and the Middle East, and ensuring that all employees are proficient in the latest prefabrication techniques and safety protocols.
What you will do
- Develop and update training materials, manuals, and guides specific to Victaulic’s prefabrication processes.
- Conduct training sessions for new and existing employees on prefabrication techniques, tools, IT programs, and safety procedures.
- Assess the training needs of employees and customize training programs accordingly.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in prefabrication technology, as well as new product developments within Victaulic, and incorporate them into training programs.
- Collaborate with the production and quality control teams to ensure training aligns with Victaulic’s standards and goals.
- Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress.
- Establish FEM procedures and documentation to meet TPM requirements.
- Ensure all involved parties understand Victaulic’s parts specifications.
Other duties and tasks as assigned by the Fabrication Quality & Technology Supervisor EMEA.
About you
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)3–5 years’ experience in prefabrication or a similar role.Proven background in training and development, preferably within the construction industry.Strong knowledge of prefabrication techniques, tools, and safety protocols.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to create engaging, effective training materials.Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.Able to work both independently and collaboratively.Hands‑on, proactive problem‑solver with flexibility and initiative.Effective interpersonal skills; comfortable communicating at all organizational levels.Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.Willing and able to travel globally as required.What working at Victaulic offers
